International Orders: Airmail Standard Delivery £3.50
Delivery Estimate 5-7 working days once dispatched.
If you would like an item to be sent Royal Mail recorded Delivery or International Signed for then please contact me prior to ordering.
DELIVERY TIMES
If an item is in stock I aim to dispatch it within 1-2 working days, if I need to custom make the item for you there may be a delay of up to 7 working days depending on the item. If this is the case I will always contact you after receiving your order to advise you of the delay.
If an item is required urgently then please contact me prior to ordering and I will do my best to meet the time constraints.
RETURNS
If you have requested a custom item then you can only return it if the item is faulty.
With all other items if you are unhappy in anyway then please email me at [email protected] and I will try to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
Should you wish to return an item then please contact me before the return is made, the item is your responsibility until I receive it so please ensure you have a proof or posting or if it is a high value item then I recommend you return it via recorded delivery.
If you are returning a faulty item then your delivery costs will be refunded, if you have changed your mind or no longer require the item then I will refund the cost of the item only.
Should an item become lost in the post, Royal Mail advise allowing up to 15 days for an item to arrive. After this time if you still have not received your item I will be happy to dispatch a replacement or refund you in full.
